Monorepo
One repository that holds several apps and shared packages, versioned and changed together.
A change to a shared component and every app that uses it lands in one pull request, so nothing drifts out of sync. The price is tooling: builds and tests should run only for what changed, and the repository needs clear ownership. Build tools exist for this, but a small monorepo often works fine with the package manager’s workspaces alone.
