Email authentication and deliverability
Email signature
The block at the end of an email with the sender’s name, role and contact details, often with a logo, added by the mail client or the server.
Most mail clients show a signature as HTML, but each supports a different subset of it: Outlook on Windows renders with the Word engine, Gmail drops some CSS, and many clients hide remote images until the reader allows them. Signatures built from tables with inline styles, with a plain-text version, look the same in more places. For a company the hard part is consistency: one template filled in per person, instead of everyone editing their own.
