I checked 363 companies with an office in Poland that show Azure work in at least one source (333 by their Clutch profile, 44 by their open roles on JustJoin.it, 16 by my Wrocław catalog) against the court register, their latest filing and their employee reviews. 269 meet the ranking criteria, and the 10 highest scores are below. The top sits in Warsaw (5), Wrocław (2), Kraków (2), Poznań (1). If one senior engineer is enough, I build DevOps and cloud setups with AI agents.
In short: The highest-scoring Azure development companies in Poland for 2027 are Zaven (score 90), Itransition (score 89) and CSHARK (score 89). The 0 to 100 score combines court register data, the latest financial statement, Clutch client reviews, GoWork employee reviews and open roles on the job boards. Paid Clutch positions do not count.
ZavenA web or mobile product for a construction, real-estate or utilities company that wants a small, steady team in Wrocław and does not need a brand name.Azure is 90% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. 2 open roles with Azure in the requirements. Score 90, 5.0 on Clutch from 15 reviews, profit in 2025.
ItransitionMid-size and large companies rolling out Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or an ERP that want a global vendor with a Polish invoice.Azure is 40% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. 1 open role with Azure in the requirements. Score 89, 4.9 on Clutch from 42 reviews, profit in 2025.
CSHARKFintech, regtech and industrial clients with a budget above 50,000 USD who want a mid-size Polish company with ISO 27001 and cloud partnerships.Azure is 40% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. Score 89, 4.9 on Clutch from 19 reviews, profit in 2025.
IntelliasAutomotive, navigation and fintech companies that need a large engineering team with domain experience and a budget above 50,000 USD.Azure is 15% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. 3 open roles with Azure in the requirements. Score 87, 4.9 on Clutch from 30 reviews, profit in 2025.
One senior instead of a teamIf the project fits one person with coding agents, hire me for DevOps and cloud setups before you pay an agency margin.
The picks come from the data in the full table, not from who paid. A company enters this list when at least one source shows Azure work; the share on Clutch is what the company declares.
The order below is the score from five axes: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization and activity. Here specialization measures how strong the Azure evidence is. Weights and the full method are on the guide page.
Financial figures come from the latest filing of the Polish company. For subsidiaries of foreign groups they can be far from the size of the real business. Open the sources under each entry before you shortlist.
1
Zaven
Process-driven software house building web and mobile apps for construction, real estate and utilities companies, mainly Nordic.
Best for: A web or mobile product for a construction, real-estate or utilities company that wants a small, steady team in Wrocław and does not need a brand name.
Verdict. The most transparent small software house in Wrocław. It is profitable, its own people rate it well, and it publishes its size. Hire it for one well-defined product, not for a platform that needs five roles.
Pros
Profitable every year in the filings we checked, with the latest statement showing a profit of 1.1M PLN on 12.7M PLN of revenue.
Employee reviews on GoWork are positive (6 positive, 1 negative), the rarest thing on this list.
Twenty named case studies, most of them Norwegian construction and marine clients, so you can check the work.
Publishes its own scale on the about page: roughly ten projects a year. Few agencies admit how small they are.
Still hiring on the job boards (2 open roles on October 27, 2026).
Cons
Since September 2026 fully owned by Multishoring Holdings, a Warsaw data and integration consultancy, so strategy is decided outside Wrocław.
Fifteen Clutch reviews only, and the declared rate band of 25 to 49 USD is the offshore band, which raises the question of who writes the code.
A team of 10 to 49 cannot staff several roles at once; expect a queue for bigger projects.
Founding year differs between the site, Clutch and the court register.
From their website and Clutch profile
The site publishes its scale, with roughly 10 projects per year and about EUR 3M turnover in 2025 (source).
The site lists twenty named case studies, most of them Norwegian construction and marine clients such as Fonn, Grasp and Safran (source).
Age claims do not line up. The site says 15 years in business, Clutch says founded 2011, and the KRS entry in our file dates from 2014 (source).
The site shows no certifications, awards or partner badges (source).
Best for: Mid-size and large companies rolling out Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or an ERP that want a global vendor with a Polish invoice.
Verdict. Pick Itransition for Dynamics, Salesforce or ERP rollouts at company scale. For a small custom product, the 25,000 USD minimum and the global delivery model are a poor fit.
Pros
The Polish company reported 83.4M PLN of revenue and a profit of 3.6M PLN in its 2025 filing.
Clutch shows 4.9 from 42 reviews and a Premier Verified badge.
Itransition has been a Microsoft partner since 2008. The site also lists Odoo Silver, Salesforce and AWS partnerships.
The job boards showed 27 open roles, 24 of them remote.
Cons
The Polish company belongs to Itransition Holdco Limited, and Clutch puts the group headquarters in Decatur, GA.
The declared rate of 25 to 49 USD is the offshore band, so ask where your team will sit.
GoWork shows few employee reviews, all negative (0 positive, 4 negative), and 2 of them mention layoffs.
From their website and Clutch profile
The homepage claims 3,000+ engineers, 800+ clients and over 25 years in business. The Polish company in KRS dates from 2017 (source).
The homepage names only two clients, and most case studies describe an unnamed retailer, pharma company or manufacturer (source).
Clutch lists 12 offices, with headquarters in Decatur, GA, and Warsaw among them. The site shows no office list we could open (source).
The site lists a Microsoft partnership since 2008, plus Odoo Silver, Salesforce and AWS partnerships (source).

3
CSHARK
Software and digital transformation partner for fintech, regtech and industrial clients, with a Singapore office for Asian banks.
Best for: Fintech, regtech and industrial clients with a budget above 50,000 USD who want a mid-size Polish company with ISO 27001 and cloud partnerships.
Verdict. A mid-size house for regulated industries, with ISO 27001 to show for it. Come with a budget above 50,000 USD and a compliance checklist, not a two-month MVP.
Pros
Revenue of 80.9M PLN with a profit of 5.2M PLN in 2025, and four private individuals as owners (KRS).
ISO 27001, AWS and Microsoft partnerships, and a clear focus on two sectors instead of “everything for everyone”.
4.9 on Clutch from 19 reviews; the Fenergo work appears in two separate case studies.
Hiring on the boards (3 open roles) and a Singapore office for Asian banking clients.
Cons
Logos of global banks on the homepage without case studies: treat them as unverified.
Minimum project of 50,000 USD, among the highest in the city; not for an MVP.
Headcount is not stated on the site; Clutch says 250 to 999, employee reviews are few and mixed (7 positive, 6 negative).
From their website and Clutch profile
CSHARK focuses on two sectors, fintech/regtech and industrial, and Fenergo appears in two separate case studies (source).
CSHARK is the only firm in the set with an Asian office, CSHARK Singapore Pte. Ltd on Robinson Road (source).
The homepage shows logos of Citibank, Allianz, BNP Paribas and Vodafone, but none of them has a case study, so treat them as unverified (source).
The site states no headcount, while Clutch lists 250 to 999 employees and a USD 50k minimum project (source).
Best for: Automotive, navigation and fintech companies that need a large engineering team with domain experience and a budget above 50,000 USD.
Verdict. Pick Intellias for mobility and fintech engineering, where HERE and TomTom are checkable references. The Polish entity delivers for a foreign group, so agree in writing who leads your project.
Pros
The Kraków company reported 152.3M PLN of revenue and a profit of 8.4M PLN in its 2025 filing.
The site names domain clients such as HERE, TomTom and HelloFresh.
Clutch shows 4.9 from 30 reviews, and Intellias has held ISO 27001 since 2017.
The job boards showed 13 open roles, all remote.
Cons
The Polish company belongs to Iteality Limited, and the group was founded in Ukraine in 2002.
Employee reviews are negative on balance (26 positive, 28 negative), with 4 mentions of layoffs.
Three of the four Polish offices are coworking spaces, and all 13 open roles are remote.
From their website and Clutch profile
Intellias was founded in 2002. The about page says its first office outside Ukraine opened in Zurich in 2010 and does not mention Poland (source).
The site lists four Polish offices in Kraków, Warsaw, Łódź and Wrocław, and the last three are in coworking spaces (source).
Named clients include HERE, TomTom, HelloFresh and Zooplus (source).
Best for: Teams that must add several developers quickly and can manage an outsourced team under their own tech lead.
Verdict. Use Innowise for staff augmentation under your own tech lead when you need CVs fast across many technologies. Skip it when you need a partner whose past work you can verify.
Pros
The Polish company reported 251.2M PLN of revenue and a profit of 3.0M PLN in its 2025 filing.
Clutch shows 4.9 from 73 reviews.
GoWork employee reviews lean positive, with 65 positive and 10 negative.
The site lists ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 13485.
Cons
The margin is thin, with profit at about one percent of revenue.
The case studies page names no clients and warns that details may be generalized or modified. The portfolio cannot be checked.
The Polish company dates from 2021, while the site claims 2007. The footer gives a registered address in Boston, and the job boards showed no open roles at the last snapshot.
From their website and Clutch profile
The about page claims 3,500+ people, 1,600 projects and a founding year of 2007. The Polish company in KRS dates from 2021 (source).
The FAQ names Warsaw as headquarters, while the footer gives a registered address in Boston, MA (source).
The case studies page names no clients and warns that client details may be generalized or modified (source).
Innowise sells staff augmentation openly, promising CVs in 1 to 2 days and a team joining in 3 to 5 days (source).
Best for: Banks, telecoms and large retailers that need integration, data platforms or managed services from a vendor with a corporate owner.
Verdict. Pick BlueSoft for corporate integration, data and managed services backed by a telecom group. For a startup or a single small product, it is too heavy.
Pros
BlueSoft reported 300.9M PLN of revenue and a profit of 43.8M PLN in 2025.
Orange Polska has owned BlueSoft since 2019, which helps with procurement and continuity.
Named case studies cover Canal+, Biedronka, GATX and Hellenic Cables. Clutch shows 4.8 from 13 reviews.
The job boards showed 72 open roles at the last snapshot.
Cons
GoWork employee reviews are negative (13 positive, 39 negative), with 2 mentions of layoffs.
The minimum project is 50,000 USD and the processes are enterprise-grade, so an MVP is a poor fit.
Many case studies are for Orange companies, the owner, so outside references are fewer than they look.
From their website and Clutch profile
BlueSoft has belonged to the Orange Polska group since 2019, together with Craftware and Essembli (source).
Several case studies are for Orange companies, the owner, next to clients such as Canal+, Biedronka and GATX (source).
The site claims 1000+ experts and 200+ active clients and says it is hiring 118 people (source).
The site shows partner logos for AWS, Microsoft, Google, MuleSoft, Salesforce and Databricks (source).

Netguru
Poznań digital product company focused on commerce platforms, marketplaces, AI and design for large brands.
Best for: Well-funded commerce and marketplace businesses that want a known brand to build or scale their platform.
Verdict. Pick Netguru for a well-funded commerce or marketplace build with a known brand behind it. Check team continuity first, given the staff opinions and freelance hiring.
Pros
Netguru reported a profit of 6.3M PLN on 127.5M PLN of revenue in 2025.
Clutch shows 73 reviews averaging 4.8, and named clients include IKEA, Volkswagen and Żabka.
Netguru is a certified B Corporation, per its own site.
JustJoin lists 27 open Netguru offers, 25 of them remote.
Cons
GoWork opinions lean negative, with 25 positive against 73 negative and 24 mentions of layoffs.
Open roles are listed as freelance, so part of the team may be contractors hired per project.
Clutch lists IT staff augmentation among its services, so check whether you get a team or individuals.

Grape Up
Enterprise cloud, legacy modernization, data platforms and AI engineering for automotive, finance, manufacturing and aviation companies.
Best for: Automotive, finance and aviation enterprises modernizing legacy systems or building a cloud and data platform, with a budget above 50,000 USD.
Verdict. Grape Up is profitable but hard to verify from outside, so ask for named references in your industry before you sign. For a startup MVP it is too big.
Pros
Grape Up reported a profit of 27.1M PLN on 92.3M PLN of revenue in 2025.
Polish funds and the founders' family foundations own the company. Headquarters are in Kraków, with a Wrocław development center.
Grape Up runs its own platforms for legacy modernization and data sharing, such as G.Tx and Databoostr.
Clutch shows a 5.0 rating.
Cons
Clutch shows only 6 reviews, and only one of 25 case studies names the client. Logos such as Porsche come without described work.
GoWork employee reviews are negative (5 positive, 17 negative), with 8 mentions of layoffs, though the latest review is from 2024.
The job boards showed 1 open role at the last snapshot.
From their website and Clutch profile
Headquarters are in Kraków, and Wrocław is one of two Polish development centers. Grape Up has a Wrocław presence but is not a Wrocław company (source).
24 of 25 case studies are anonymized by sector, and Cummins is the only named client. The homepage logo wall shows image files without text names (source).
The about page claims over 20 years of operation but gives no year. The Polish KRS entry is from 2014, and Clutch lists 2006 (source).
The site shows no ISO or cloud partner certifications, although Grape Up sells sovereign cloud and AI governance products (source).
Clutch shows 5.0 from 6 reviews, a $50,000 minimum project, $50 to $99 per hour and 50 to 249 employees (source).

The table below has the 200 companies with Azure evidence in Poland, including the ones that do not qualify for the ranking, with the reason. Sort by any column.

Paid placements and companies without a Polish office
On Clutch lists the first positions are bought with ads (links through ppc.clutch.co). Companies that only claim to serve Poland have no office here according to KRS or their own site, so they are not ranked.

What they charge
On Clutch, the companies in this table most often declare 50 to 99 USD an hour. The rate is what the agency bills; the developer on your project is paid less than half of it.
For comparison, my own rate is 36 to 54 USD an hour (45 USD base, pricing). The cost estimator shows what a project like yours costs with and without coding agents.
Rates declared on Clutch, 186 companies with an office in Poland. In brackets: companies “serving” Poland without an office.
Check any agency yourself in 10 minutes
Azure projects often come with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, so ask about identity and permissions first. Check whether the firm also resells licenses, which changes its incentives.
Find the legal entity in the National Court Register: the seat, the share capital and the shareholders. An office here with a seat in another city is a sales office, not a team.
Read the last financial statement in the Financial Documents Repository (free, by KRS number): revenue, profit or loss, and whether it was filed on time.
Check the VAT white list: active, and the name matches the contract.
On the Clutch list hover over the company link; a link through ppc.clutch.co is an ad. Then read the reviews themselves.
On GoWork read the employee reviews, not the stars, and look for layoffs and rotation.
Ask who exactly will work on your project, and check those people on LinkedIn.

Questions
What are the best Azure development companies in Poland in 2027?
By the score on this page: 1. Zaven (90), 2. Itransition (89), 3. CSHARK (89), 4. Intellias (87), 5. Innowise (86). The score adds up transparency in the court register, client reviews on Clutch, profit and stability in the latest filing, specialization and current hiring. The full table shows every company checked.
How much do Azure agencies in Poland charge?
Most companies in this table declare 50 to 99 USD an hour on Clutch. My own rate as a senior engineer working with AI agents is 36 to 54 USD an hour.
How do you know a company does Azure?
From at least one of three sources: the service, industry and framework shares on the Clutch profile, the skills in open roles on JustJoin.it, or my own Wrocław catalog. Companies with two or three sources score higher on specialization. The software house finder shows the same tags for every company.
Did any company pay to be on this list?
No. There are no paid placements and no affiliate links. The only business interest is mine: I sell senior engineering as the alternative to an agency.
Can I get my company added or corrected?
Yes. Write to ciunkos@gmail.com with the KRS number and the correction.
The company list comes from a full read of the Clutch city listing (every page, with paid positions marked by their ppc.clutch.co links), the ITCORNER cluster, Google results and job ads. Every company was checked in the National Court Register (KRS) for its seat, legal form, capital and shareholders, in rejestr.io and the Financial Documents Repository for revenue and profit from the latest filing, on GoWork for employee sentiment, layoff mentions and review clusters, and on the JustJoin.it and No Fluff Jobs boards for open roles and the stack they actually pay for. The 0 to 100 score is five axes with published weights: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization, activity. A paid Clutch placement does not raise the score.
Disclosures
Until November 2026 I work at Sanddev (Wrocław) as the founding engineer of its Sandtime product. Sanddev appears in the full table with the same score as everyone else and no editorial favor.
As a contractor I have talked with, or applied to, some of the agencies on these lists. None of them knew about this ranking and none of it changed a score.
No agency pays for a position, there are no affiliate links, and no company has seen its entry before publication. If any of that changes, the disclosure changes first.
My business interest is on every page: I sell senior engineering with AI agents as the alternative to hiring an agency.
Written with AI (Claude) from the data set. Every number in the editorial text is checked automatically against the company record or the research notes, and every top entry was read against the company’s own website. Sources and check dates are under each entry.
Przemysław Zalewski, a senior full-stack engineer in Wrocław with 15+ years of shipping software. I ran this catalog for two months while choosing my own next clients, so every number here was useful to me before it was useful to you. I build with coding agents, work with clients in the US and the UK, and I sell the alternative to the agencies on this list.

Confidential by default. NDA is standard. I never show your project, name or screenshots without written consent, which is why this site names no clients without permission.
Your code, your accounts. Code and data stay in your repository and accounts. AI tools run with training on your data turned off, and secrets never reach a model.
A handover you can use. Every project ends with the same checklist: a README that gets it running, one architecture diagram, written decisions, CI, a runbook and a recorded walkthrough. It is done when someone outside the project can run it from the docs.
Boring technology where it counts. I pick a stack you can hire for. Anything experimental needs your yes and an exit plan.
Approach matched to your risk appetite. Prototype, product or regulated: the level decides how much autonomy the agents get and how much review and validation each change needs.
