Who is not in the top 10, and why

Body leasing, product companies and other services 1

Renting people into someone else’s team is a different service from delivering a project. A product company, a marketing agency or an SAP partner does not sell software projects either. They are in the full table with a label.

  • Team Connect

Ranked 11th and below 2

They qualify but score lower. Their full rows are in the table below; the gap between 10th and 15th is often a few points.

  • FREYSOFT
  • Sinova Development

Too little client evidence, under 10 people, sole traders 6

Without 5 Clutch reviews or 2M PLN of revenue in a filing there is no fair way to compare a company with the rest. That is a data gap, not a verdict.

  • Pragmile
  • PinoByte
  • Transition Technologies MS
  • HuskyJam
  • Processifier
  • Veturai

Weak evidence for adtech and martech 11

They meet the data criteria, but the topic rests on a small Clutch share, a few job ads or a single source. They may do it; the data just does not show it.

  • Atomic Actions
  • GO ONLINE

What they charge

On Clutch, the companies in this table most often declare 50 to 99 USD an hour. The rate is what the agency bills; the developer on your project is paid less than half of it.

For comparison, my own rate is 36 to 54 USD an hour (45 USD base, pricing). The cost estimator shows what a project like yours costs with and without coding agents.

Check any agency yourself in 10 minutes

  1. Ask for platforms they integrated, such as ad servers, DSPs or a CDP, and for how they handle consent and tracking rules. In adtech, a lost data feed costs money every hour.
  2. Find the legal entity in the National Court Register: the seat, the share capital and the shareholders. An office here with a seat in another city is a sales office, not a team.
  3. Read the last financial statement in the Financial Documents Repository (free, by KRS number): revenue, profit or loss, and whether it was filed on time.
  4. Check the VAT white list: active, and the name matches the contract.
  5. On the Clutch list hover over the company link; a link through ppc.clutch.co is an ad. Then read the reviews themselves.
  6. On GoWork read the employee reviews, not the stars, and look for layoffs and rotation.
  7. Ask who exactly will work on your project, and check those people on LinkedIn.

By clicking Send you agree that I store your request and reply by email; no newsletter. I reply within 24 hours on working days, personally. If I am late, the first hour of work is free.

How this works: I write back with my own offer and forward your brief to the agencies that fit, after you agree. As of November 2, 2026 no agency pays me for leads and this page has no affiliate links. If that changes, it will say so here.

Questions

What are the best adtech and martech software houses in Warsaw in 2027?

By the score on this page: 1. WEBSENSA (84), 2. Itransition (83), 3. iLabs (77), 4. Boring Owl (76), 5. Develtio (72). The score adds up transparency in the court register, client reviews on Clutch, profit and stability in the latest filing, specialization and current hiring. The full table shows every company in the data set.

How much do adtech and martech agencies in Warsaw charge?

Most companies in this table declare 50 to 99 USD an hour on Clutch. My own rate as a senior engineer working with AI agents is 36 to 54 USD an hour.

How do you know a company does adtech and martech?

From at least one of three sources: the service, industry and framework shares on the Clutch profile, the skills in open roles on JustJoin.it, or the Wrocław company catalog. Companies with two or three sources score higher on specialization. The software house finder shows the same tags for every company.

Did any company pay to be on this list?

No. There are no paid placements and no affiliate links. The only business interest is mine: I sell senior engineering as the alternative to an agency.

Can I get my company added or corrected?

Yes. Write to ciunkos@gmail.com with the KRS number and the correction.

How this ranking was made

  • 1,494 companies in the data set
  • 731 with KRS records
  • 462 with a financial statement
  • 7,436 Clutch listing records
  • 690 employee review profiles on GoWork

Sources: Clutch profiles and listings, KRS records, available financial statements from rejestr.io and the Financial Documents Repository, GoWork reviews, JustJoin.it and No Fluff Jobs listings, and the Wrocław company catalog. Coverage varies by company; dates and links accompany the available records. The 0 to 100 score combines five axes: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization and activity. Paid Clutch placements do not increase the score.

Disclosures

  • Until November 2026 I work at Sanddev (Wrocław) as the founding engineer of its Sandtime product. Sanddev appears in the full table with the same score as everyone else and no editorial favor.
  • No agency pays for a position, there are no affiliate links. If any of that changes, the disclosure changes first.
  • My business interest is on every page: I sell senior engineering with AI agents as the alternative to hiring an agency.
  • Written with AI (Claude) from the data set. Every number in the editorial text is checked automatically against the company record or the research notes, source links and dates accompany the available company records.
