llms.txt
A plain-text file at /llms.txt that summarizes a site for language models: what it is and which pages matter.
The llms.txt proposal (llmstxt.org) suggests a Markdown file at the site root with a one-line summary, a short description and lists of the most useful pages with links. It is read by some crawlers and tools, not by every assistant, and it does not replace robots.txt, sitemaps or structured data. It costs little and makes the site’s own description of itself available to models that look for it.
