Headless CMS
A content management system with only an editing panel and an API; the website itself is built and hosted separately.
Editors keep a familiar panel, while the public site can be a fast static site with nothing to patch on the server. The same content can feed a website, an app and newsletters. For a small company site, a headless CMS can be more than needed; editing a few pages in a repository or with an AI assistant is sometimes enough.
