First-party analytics proxy
Sending analytics through a path on your own domain, so ad blockers that block known analytics hosts do not drop the data.
Many blockers drop requests to analytics domains, so a share of visits, often the more technical users, never shows up. A reverse proxy on your domain (for example a small function on the CDN) forwards the events to the analytics provider. It improves data completeness; it does not replace consent, which still decides what you may collect.
