Fintech in Wrocław, ranked for 2027

Best fintech software houses in Wrocław

Ask about PSD2, DORA and audits they passed with a client, and who signs the outsourcing agreement your regulator needs. Fintech experience on a profile often means one payments integration. I found 37 companies with an office in Wrocław that show fintech work in at least one source (35 by their Clutch profile, 1 by their open roles on JustJoin.it, 4 by my Wrocław catalog), and checked each in the court register, its latest filing and its employee reviews. 24 meet the ranking criteria and the 10 highest scores are below. I sell the alternative: one senior engineer working with AI agents.

In short: The highest-scoring fintech software houses in Wrocław for 2027 are Deviniti (score 90), CSHARK (score 89) and 4Soft (score 87). The 0 to 100 score combines court register data, the latest financial statement, Clutch client reviews, GoWork employee reviews and open roles on the job boards. Paid Clutch positions do not count.

Which company fits your project

  • DevinitiFintech is 60% of client industries on its Clutch profile. Score 90, 5.0 on Clutch from 46 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • CSHARKFintech is 50% of client industries on its Clutch profile. 1 open role with fintech in the requirements. Score 89, 4.9 on Clutch from 19 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • 4SoftFintech is 65% of client industries on its Clutch profile. Score 87, 5.0 on Clutch from 59 reviews, profit in 2024.
  • Grape UpFintech is 30% of client industries on its Clutch profile. Score 83, 5.0 on Clutch from 6 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • One senior instead of a teamIf the project fits one person with coding agents, compare the cost before you pay an agency margin.

The picks come from the data in the full table, not from who paid. A company enters this list when at least one source shows fintech work; the share on Clutch is what the company declares.

The ranking

The order below is the score from five axes: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization and activity. Here specialization measures how strong the fintech evidence is. Weights and the full method are on the guide page.

Financial figures come from the latest filing of the Polish company. For subsidiaries of foreign groups they can be far from the size of the real business. Open the sources under each entry before you shortlist.

Deviniti

Large Wrocław IT firm selling Atlassian and monday.com consulting, its own Marketplace apps and generative AI services to enterprises.

Clutch: 5.0 (46 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 25,000 USD

Best for: Anything around Atlassian, Jira, monday.com or a migration to Atlassian Cloud, and enterprise projects that need a 250+ company behind them.

Pros

  • The biggest and oldest company in the ranking: founded 2004, revenue of 407.8M PLN and a profit of 30.4M PLN in the 2025 filing.
  • Atlassian Platinum partner with its own Marketplace apps, which means product engineering discipline on top of consulting.
  • A 5.0 rating on Clutch from 46 reviews, and named case studies with banks and retailers.
  • Owned by three private individuals (KRS), with no foreign parent company.

Cons

  • Most of the revenue is Atlassian licensing and tool consulting, not custom software; for a greenfield product you are a side business.
  • Employee reviews are mixed (8 positive, 13 negative) for a company this size.
  • Client numbers on its own site do not agree with each other, and many case studies are anonymized.
  • Minimum project of 25,000 USD and enterprise processes: slow for a startup.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • Deviniti is the oldest and largest firm in the set. It was founded in 2004, has 330 IT experts and released its first Atlassian Marketplace app in 2012 (source).
  • The business centers on Atlassian, monday.com and Freshworks consulting plus its own apps, with generative AI layered on top (source).
  • Client counts conflict on one page, with 15,000 clients in the intro, 10,000 in the 2023 milestone and 236 organizations in the client section (source).
  • Many case studies are anonymized (a bank, a parcel company, a healthcare company), so only a few names can be verified (source).

Clients they name: Huuuge Games, Credit Agricole Bank Polska, IPF International Limited, Ceneo.pl, Super-Pharm

Verdict. If your problem lives in Jira, Confluence or monday.com, this is the obvious call in Wrocław. For a custom product, read the case studies first and ask which team you would get.

CSHARK

Software and digital transformation partner for fintech, regtech and industrial clients, with a Singapore office for Asian banks.

Clutch: 4.9 (19 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 50,000 USD

Best for: Fintech, regtech and industrial clients with a budget above 50,000 USD who want a mid-size Polish company with ISO 27001 and cloud partnerships.

Pros

  • Revenue of 80.9M PLN with a profit of 5.2M PLN in 2025, and four private individuals as owners (KRS).
  • ISO 27001, AWS and Microsoft partnerships, and a clear focus on two sectors instead of “everything for everyone”.
  • 4.9 on Clutch from 19 reviews; the Fenergo work appears in two separate case studies.
  • Hiring on the boards (3 open roles) and a Singapore office for Asian banking clients.

Cons

  • Logos of global banks on the homepage without case studies: treat them as unverified.
  • Minimum project of 50,000 USD, among the highest in the city; not for an MVP.
  • Headcount is not stated on the site; Clutch says 250 to 999, employee reviews are few and mixed (7 positive, 6 negative).

From their website and Clutch profile

  • CSHARK focuses on two sectors, fintech/regtech and industrial, and Fenergo appears in two separate case studies (source).
  • CSHARK is the only firm in the set with an Asian office, CSHARK Singapore Pte. Ltd on Robinson Road (source).
  • The homepage shows logos of Citibank, Allianz, BNP Paribas and Vodafone, but none of them has a case study, so treat them as unverified (source).
  • The site states no headcount, while Clutch lists 250 to 999 employees and a USD 50k minimum project (source).

Clients they name: Fenergo, ASA International, Telenor, RegenHU, Nudge, Pastdue Credit Solutions

Verdict. A mid-size house for regulated industries, with ISO 27001 to show for it. Come with a budget above 50,000 USD and a compliance checklist, not a two-month MVP.

4Soft

Wrocław blockchain and machine learning software house for crypto compliance, analytics and DeFi, with a second office in Dubai.

Clutch: 5.0 (59 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 5,000 USDPremier Verified

Best for: Crypto, DeFi and blockchain compliance products that need smart contracts or analytics from a team that has shipped both for named crypto firms.

Pros

  • 4Soft reported a profit of 501K PLN on 12.2M PLN of revenue in 2024, its latest filing we have.
  • Clutch shows a 5.0 rating from 59 reviews and a Premier Verified badge.
  • The site lists twenty-five case studies, many with named crypto clients such as Elliptic and Cryptio.
  • The site shows ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, which helps buyers with compliance checklists.

Cons

  • Blockchain makes up 90% of the declared work, and the site shows little experience outside crypto.
  • GoWork got 8 positive reviews within 14 days from August 14, 2026, so the employee picture (8 positive, 3 negative) is hard to read.
  • The latest filing we have is for 2024. The site dates the story to 2013, while the S.A. in KRS dates from 2020 after a rebrand.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • The about page dates the story to 2013, while KRS 0000831231 in our data and Clutch's legal formation date point to 2020 for the current entity (source: https://4soft.co/about-us and https://clutch.co/profile/4soft).
  • The home page claims a top 3 position among blockchain companies worldwide without citing a source (source).
  • The home page claims 50+ people, while the 2021 timeline entry mentions 70 experts (source: https://4soft.co/ and https://4soft.co/about-us).
  • Both ISO certificates are downloadable PDFs, which most peers do not offer, but the page names no certifying body (source).
  • The Get an estimate button on the home page links to an empty anchor (source).
  • Clutch lists 59 reviews at 5.0, a $5,000 minimum project and blockchain packages from $4,500 (source).

Clients they name: Elliptic, Cryptio, Colony, Paribus, Gigaset, Artclear

Verdict. Pick 4Soft for crypto and blockchain compliance work, where its case studies and Clutch reviews can be checked. For a general web product, pick a generalist.

Grape Up

Enterprise cloud, legacy modernization, data platforms and AI engineering for automotive, finance, manufacturing and aviation companies.

Clutch: 5.0 (6 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 50,000 USD

Best for: Automotive, finance and aviation enterprises modernizing legacy systems or building a cloud and data platform, with a budget above 50,000 USD.

Pros

  • Grape Up reported a profit of 27.1M PLN on 92.3M PLN of revenue in 2025.
  • Polish funds and the founders' family foundations own the company. Headquarters are in Kraków, with a Wrocław development center.
  • Grape Up runs its own platforms for legacy modernization and data sharing, such as G.Tx and Databoostr.
  • Clutch shows a 5.0 rating.

Cons

  • Clutch shows only 6 reviews, and only one of 25 case studies names the client. Logos such as Porsche come without described work.
  • GoWork employee reviews are negative (5 positive, 17 negative), with 8 mentions of layoffs, though the latest review is from 2024.
  • The job boards showed 1 open role at the last snapshot.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • Headquarters are in Kraków, and Wrocław is one of two Polish development centers. Grape Up has a Wrocław presence but is not a Wrocław company (source).
  • 24 of 25 case studies are anonymized by sector, and Cummins is the only named client. The homepage logo wall shows image files without text names (source).
  • The about page claims over 20 years of operation but gives no year. The Polish KRS entry is from 2014, and Clutch lists 2006 (source).
  • The site shows no ISO or cloud partner certifications, although Grape Up sells sovereign cloud and AI governance products (source).
  • Clutch shows 5.0 from 6 reviews, a $50,000 minimum project, $50 to $99 per hour and 50 to 249 employees (source).

Verdict. Grape Up is profitable but hard to verify from outside, so ask for named references in your industry before you sign. For a startup MVP it is too big.

Tooploox

AI-first software company (owned by Solvd Inc.) building custom AI, mobile and web products for startups and research-heavy clients.

Clutch: 4.8 (35 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 25,000 USD

Best for: Products where machine learning or generative AI is the core, with a team that publishes research and builds the app around it.

Pros

  • Lists peer-reviewed papers, patents and conference talks on its site, more AI research than any other Wrocław agency.
  • Revenue of 63.8M PLN with a profit of 1.6M PLN in 2025, and named clients such as eBay and ETH Zurich.
  • 4.8 on Clutch from 35 reviews and still hiring AI engineers on the boards (2 open roles).

Cons

  • Owned by Solvd Inc. (USA) since the acquisition, so it is no longer an independent Wrocław company and decisions are made abroad.
  • Employee reviews are negative (13 positive, 22 negative) and 8 of them mention layoffs or cuts; expect rotation on your project.
  • The site gives only an R&D headcount of 40+; the total team size is not stated.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • Tooploox lists 30+ peer-reviewed papers, patents and contributions to NeurIPS, ICML and ECCV, the longest research record in the set (source).
  • Tooploox is now a Solvd Inc. company and no longer an independent Wrocław firm (source).
  • The site gives only an R&D headcount of 40+ engineers and researchers and no total team size (source).
  • No certifications, awards or partner badges are shown on the site (source).

Monterail

Product design and software studio (Vue and Nuxt partner) building web, mobile and AI products for global brands since 2010.

Clutch: 4.8 (64 reviews)Rate: 25–49 USD/hMin. project: 10,000 USDPremier Verified

Best for: A funded startup or a brand that wants a known Wrocław name with a big public portfolio, a US office and official Vue and Nuxt partner status.

Pros

  • The largest public portfolio in the city, with named brands such as Pizza Hut, Merck and Polaroid, and 4.8 on Clutch from 61 reviews.
  • Profitable in 2025 (1.2M PLN on 29.3M PLN of revenue) and owned by the founders’ family foundations, so no foreign parent.
  • Official Vue and Nuxt partner, with offices in Chicago and Berlin for clients in those markets.

Cons

  • Employee reviews are mostly negative (6 positive, 16 negative) and 10 of them mention layoffs or cuts; growth by acquisition brings integration pain.
  • Zero open roles on the job boards at the last snapshot, which is unusual for a company of this size.
  • Declared rate band of 25 to 49 USD on Clutch is below the Wrocław norm; ask who works on your project and at what seniority.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • Monterail has the biggest public portfolio in the set, with about 70 case studies naming brands such as Flink, Pizza Hut, Merck and Polaroid (source).
  • Monterail grows by acquisition, buying Untitled Kingdom (2024), ElPassion (2025) and Lakeview Labs (2025) (source).
  • Monterail is the only firm here with a US office (Chicago) and a Berlin address. It is also an official Vue and Nuxt partner (source).

Droids On Roids

Wrocław mobile and web app studio that builds Flutter, Kotlin and iOS products for retail, fintech and healthcare brands.

Clutch: 4.9 (78 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 75,000 USDPremier Verified

Cons

  • Reported a loss of 1.9M PLN on 22.7M PLN of revenue in 2025.
  • Minimum project on Clutch is 75,000 USD, too much for a small MVP.
  • GoWork has 7 layoff mentions, with a cluster of entries in 2020.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • The UK-based Apadmi Group has owned the company since early 2025, so it no longer operates as an independent Polish studio (source).
  • The home page claims 13 years, while the team page claims over 14 years and a start in 2011 (source: https://www.thedroidsonroids.com/ and https://www.thedroidsonroids.com/meet-us).

Wrocławn/ano Clutch profilen/an/an/aCustom software26

All companies in the data set, with the same score. Companies without a confirmed office, sole traders, body-leasing firms and product companies are listed but not ranked.

Who is not in the top 10, and why

Paid placements and “serves the city” without an office

On the Clutch city list the first positions are bought with ads (links through ppc.clutch.co) or a “serves” entry. These companies have no office in the city according to KRS or their own site, so they are not ranked here.

None in this city.

Struck off the register or in liquidation

They still show up on other people’s “best of” lists. Here they appear only in the full table.

  • Intive

Body leasing, product companies and other services

Renting people into someone else’s team is a different service from delivering a project. A product company, a marketing agency or an SAP partner does not sell software projects either. They are in the full table with a label.

On the city’s Clutch list, but based elsewhere

Clutch shows them on this city’s page, but KRS and our data do not confirm an office here. They are ranked in their own city.

None in this city.

Ranked 11th and below

They qualify but score lower. Their full rows are in the table below; the gap between 10th and 15th is often a few points.

Too little client evidence, under 10 people, sole traders

Without 5 Clutch reviews or 2M PLN of revenue in a filing there is no fair way to compare a company with the rest. That is a data gap, not a verdict.

  • Spyrosoft Group
  • Ignited S.A.

What they charge

On Clutch, the companies in this table most often declare 50 to 99 USD an hour. The rate is what the agency bills; the developer on your project is paid less than half of it.

For comparison, my own rate is 36 to 54 USD an hour (45 USD base, pricing). The cost estimator shows what a project like yours costs with and without coding agents.

Check any agency yourself in 10 minutes

  1. Ask about PSD2, DORA and audits they passed with a client, and who signs the outsourcing agreement your regulator needs. Fintech experience on a profile often means one payments integration.
  2. Find the legal entity in the National Court Register: the seat, the share capital and the shareholders. An office here with a seat in another city is a sales office, not a team.
  3. Read the last financial statement on rejestr.io: revenue, profit or loss, and whether it was filed on time.
  4. Check the VAT white list: active, and the name matches the contract.
  5. On the Clutch list hover over the company link; a link through ppc.clutch.co is an ad. Then read the reviews themselves.
  6. On GoWork read the employee reviews, not the stars, and look for layoffs and rotation.
  7. Ask who exactly will work on your project, and check those people on LinkedIn.

By clicking Send you agree that I store your request and reply by email; no newsletter. I reply within 24 hours on working days, personally. If I am late, the first hour of work is free.

How this works: I write back with my own offer and forward your brief to the agencies that fit, after you agree. As of October 28, 2026 no agency pays me for leads and this page has no affiliate links. If that changes, it will say so here.

Questions

What are the best fintech software houses in Wrocław in 2027?

By the score on this page: 1. Deviniti (90), 2. CSHARK (89), 3. 4Soft (87), 4. Grape Up (83), 5. Tooploox (81). The score adds up transparency in the court register, client reviews on Clutch, profit and stability in the latest filing, specialization and current hiring. The full table shows every company checked.

How much do fintech agencies in Wrocław charge?

Most companies in this table declare 50 to 99 USD an hour on Clutch. My own rate as a senior engineer working with AI agents is 36 to 54 USD an hour.

How do you know a company does fintech?

From at least one of three sources: the service, industry and framework shares on the Clutch profile, the skills in open roles on JustJoin.it, or my own Wrocław catalog. Companies with two or three sources score higher on specialization. The software house finder shows the same tags for every company.

Did any company pay to be on this list?

No. There are no paid placements and no affiliate links. The only business interest is mine: I sell senior engineering as the alternative to an agency.

Can I get my company added or corrected?

Yes. Write to ciunkos@gmail.com with the KRS number and the correction.

How this ranking was made

  • 1,485companies in the data set
  • 708checked in the National Court Register
  • 453with a financial statement
  • 7,436Clutch listing positions read, paid ones marked
  • 451employee review profiles on GoWork
  • 2+months of data collection, since September 2026

The company list comes from a full read of the Clutch city listing (every page, with paid positions marked by their ppc.clutch.co links), the ITCORNER cluster, Google results and job ads. Every company was checked in the National Court Register (KRS) for its seat, legal form, capital and shareholders, in rejestr.io for revenue and profit from the latest filing, on GoWork for employee sentiment, layoff mentions and review clusters, and on the JustJoin.it and No Fluff Jobs boards for open roles and the stack they actually pay for. The 0 to 100 score is five axes with published weights: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization, activity. A paid Clutch placement does not raise the score.

Disclosures

  • I worked at Sanddev (Wrocław) as the founding engineer of its Sandtime product until November 2026. Sanddev appears in the full table with the same score as everyone else and no editorial favor.
  • As a contractor I have talked with, or applied to, some of the agencies on these lists. None of them knew about this ranking and none of it changed a score.
  • No agency pays for a position, there are no affiliate links, and no company has seen its entry before publication. If any of that changes, the disclosure changes first.
  • My business interest is on every page: I sell senior engineering with AI agents as the alternative to hiring an agency.
  • Written with AI (Claude) from the data set. Every number in the editorial text is checked automatically against the company record or the research notes, and every top entry was read against the company’s own website. Sources and check dates are under each entry.
