OWASP Top 10
The OWASP Foundation’s list of the ten most critical web application security risks, updated every few years.
The current edition is OWASP Top 10:2025. It is an awareness document built from data and community input, with categories such as broken access control, injection and security misconfiguration. It is a good map of where to look, not a checklist that proves an app secure; for testable requirements OWASP publishes ASVS.
