D-U-N-S number
A nine-digit company identifier from Dun & Bradstreet that Apple and Google require to publish apps as an organization.
Apple requires companies to provide a D-U-N-S number registered to their legal entity, and getting one for Apple is free; individuals do not need one. Google Play will not create an organization developer account without one, with exceptions for government bodies. The company data at Dun & Bradstreet must match the registry exactly, and corrections take days.
