Kotlin in Poland, ranked for 2027

Best Kotlin development companies in Poland

Kotlin covers two different jobs: Android apps and JVM back ends. Ask which one the team does, because the people rarely overlap. I found 125 companies with an office in Poland that show Kotlin work in at least one source (105 by their Clutch profile, 18 by their open roles on JustJoin.it, 7 by my Wrocław catalog), and checked each in the court register, its latest filing and its employee reviews. 91 meet the ranking criteria and the 10 highest scores are below. The top sits in Wrocław (4), Warsaw (4), Poznań (2). I sell the alternative: one senior engineer working with AI agents.

In short: The highest-scoring Kotlin development companies in Poland for 2027 are Zaven (score 88), Deviniti (score 87) and N7 Mobile (score 87). The 0 to 100 score combines court register data, the latest financial statement, Clutch client reviews, GoWork employee reviews and open roles on the job boards. Paid Clutch positions do not count.

Which company fits your project

  • ZavenKotlin is 15% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. Score 88, 5.0 on Clutch from 15 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • DevinitiKotlin is 10% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. Score 87, 5.0 on Clutch from 46 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • N7 MobileKotlin is 20% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. Score 87, 5.0 on Clutch from 10 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • MomentumKotlin is 10% of the technology focus on its Clutch profile. Score 85, 4.9 on Clutch from 45 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • One senior instead of a teamIf the project fits one person with coding agents, compare the cost before you pay an agency margin.

The picks come from the data in the full table, not from who paid. A company enters this list when at least one source shows Kotlin work; the share on Clutch is what the company declares.

The ranking

The order below is the score from five axes: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization and activity. Here specialization measures how strong the Kotlin evidence is. Weights and the full method are on the guide page.

Financial figures come from the latest filing of the Polish company. For subsidiaries of foreign groups they can be far from the size of the real business. Open the sources under each entry before you shortlist.

Zaven

Process-driven software house building web and mobile apps for construction, real estate and utilities companies, mainly Nordic.

Clutch: 5.0 (15 reviews)Rate: 25–49 USD/hMin. project: 10,000 USD

Best for: A web or mobile product for a construction, real-estate or utilities company that wants a small, steady team in Wrocław and does not need a brand name.

Pros

  • Profitable every year in the filings we checked, with the latest statement showing a profit of 1.1M PLN on 12.7M PLN of revenue.
  • Employee reviews on GoWork are positive (6 positive, 1 negative), the rarest thing on this list.
  • Twenty named case studies, most of them Norwegian construction and marine clients, so you can check the work.
  • Publishes its own scale on the about page: roughly ten projects a year. Few agencies admit how small they are.
  • Still hiring on the job boards (2 open roles on October 27, 2026).

Cons

  • Since September 2026 fully owned by Multishoring Holdings, a Warsaw data and integration consultancy, so strategy is decided outside Wrocław.
  • Fifteen Clutch reviews only, and the declared rate band of 25 to 49 USD is the offshore band, which raises the question of who writes the code.
  • A team of 10 to 49 cannot staff several roles at once; expect a queue for bigger projects.
  • Founding year differs between the site, Clutch and the court register.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • The site publishes its scale, with roughly 10 projects per year and about EUR 3M turnover in 2025 (source).
  • The site lists twenty named case studies, most of them Norwegian construction and marine clients such as Fonn, Grasp and Safran (source).
  • Age claims do not line up. The site says 15 years in business, Clutch says founded 2011, and the KRS entry in our file dates from 2014 (source).
  • The site shows no certifications, awards or partner badges (source).

Clients they name: Volve, Fonn, Grasp, Safran, Dionach, Bonduelle

Custom softwareMobile appsGenerative AICustom MCP developmentProduct UX/UI designStaff augmentationReactVueAngular.NET

Verdict. The most transparent small software house in Wrocław. It is profitable, its own people rate it well, and it publishes its size. Hire it for one well-defined product, not for a platform that needs five roles.

Deviniti

Large Wrocław IT firm selling Atlassian and monday.com consulting, its own Marketplace apps and generative AI services to enterprises.

Clutch: 5.0 (46 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 25,000 USD

Best for: Anything around Atlassian, Jira, monday.com or a migration to Atlassian Cloud, and enterprise projects that need a 250+ company behind them.

Pros

  • The biggest and oldest company in the ranking: founded 2004, revenue of 407.8M PLN and a profit of 30.4M PLN in the 2025 filing.
  • Atlassian Platinum partner with its own Marketplace apps, which means product engineering discipline on top of consulting.
  • A 5.0 rating on Clutch from 46 reviews, and named case studies with banks and retailers.
  • Owned by three private individuals (KRS), with no foreign parent company.

Cons

  • Most of the revenue is Atlassian licensing and tool consulting, not custom software; for a greenfield product you are a side business.
  • Employee reviews are mixed (8 positive, 13 negative) for a company this size.
  • Client numbers on its own site do not agree with each other, and many case studies are anonymized.
  • Minimum project of 25,000 USD and enterprise processes: slow for a startup.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • Deviniti is the oldest and largest firm in the set. It was founded in 2004, has 330 IT experts and released its first Atlassian Marketplace app in 2012 (source).
  • The business centers on Atlassian, monday.com and Freshworks consulting plus its own apps, with generative AI layered on top (source).
  • Client counts conflict on one page, with 15,000 clients in the intro, 10,000 in the 2023 milestone and 236 organizations in the client section (source).
  • Many case studies are anonymized (a bank, a parcel company, a healthcare company), so only a few names can be verified (source).

Clients they name: Huuuge Games, Credit Agricole Bank Polska, IPF International Limited, Ceneo.pl, Super-Pharm

Atlassian consultingAtlassian appsGenerative AImonday.com implementationCloud migrationAI managed servicesAI

Verdict. If your problem lives in Jira, Confluence or monday.com, this is the obvious call in Wrocław. For a custom product, read the case studies first and ask which team you would get.

N7 Mobile

Warsaw mobile and OTT software house behind the PLAY NOW TV apps, with AI testing and satellite software spin-offs.

Clutch: 5.0 (10 reviews)Rate: 25–49 USD/hMin. project: 10,000 USD

Best for: Telecom, media and OTT companies that need mobile, TV or set-top-box apps and want prices on paper before the first call.

Pros

  • N7 Mobile publishes monthly team prices on its site, from 15,000 PLN for design to 200,000 PLN for advanced apps.
  • N7 Mobile built the PLAY NOW TV apps for the PLAY operator. Its Clutch reviews come from P4, Polkomtel and TU Europa.
  • N7 Mobile reported a profit of 576K PLN on 13.7M PLN of revenue in 2025.
  • Clutch shows a 5.0 rating from 10 reviews, and the company has been active since 2011.

Cons

  • Ownership is partly foreign, with Werealize.com Investments Limited next to 3 individuals in KRS.
  • Employee reviews lean negative (2 positive, 4 negative).
  • The site has only one full case study, and the other client logos come without project details.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • N7 Mobile publishes monthly team prices, from 15,000 PLN for product design to 200,000 PLN for advanced apps (source).
  • The site has only one full case study, PLAY NOW for the PLAY operator, and shows the other clients as logos without project details (source).
  • N7 Mobile sells body leasing and team leasing next to fixed-price projects (source).
  • The company runs N7 Space, which writes satellite on-board software for ESA missions, and Tapioka.ai for UI testing (source).

Clients they name: PLAY, Orange, T-Mobile, Plus, Roche, Agora

Mobile appsOTT and set-top-box appsServer and cloud systemsIoT integrationsProduct designAI solutionsPythonDjangoMachine learningAI

Verdict. Pick N7 Mobile for OTT and mobile work, where it has the clearest pricing on this list and operator-scale telecom projects. For a small web MVP, its team prices start high.

Momentum

Wrocław healthcare software and AI studio, formerly Applover, that builds HIPAA-ready apps and wearable integrations for HealthTech companies.

Clutch: 4.9 (45 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 50,000 USD

Best for: Healthtech companies and clinics that need a patient app, an EHR integration or medical AI from a team that works only in healthcare.

Pros

  • Momentum reported a profit of 1.7M PLN on 25.6M PLN of revenue in 2025.
  • Healthcare apps and FHIR integrations have been its niche since 2020. The site shows an ISO 13485 certificate.
  • Clutch shows 4.9 from 45 reviews. Named case studies include LabPlus, Caily and Villa Medica.
  • Momentum publishes open-source health tools such as Open Wearables, so you can read its code before you sign.

Cons

  • Employee reviews are mixed (23 positive, 19 negative), and 12 of them mention layoffs or cuts.
  • Venture funds own the company through ASI vehicles in KRS, so investors set the growth targets.
  • Clutch lists a minimum project of 50,000 USD. Some Clutch reviews still describe Applover, the old brand.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • Applover rebranded to Momentum in 2024 and narrowed its focus to healthcare, while Clutch reviews still refer to Applover (source: https://www.themomentum.ai/about and https://clutch.co/profile/momentum-previously-applover).
  • ISO 13485 and HIPAA appear only as logos, with no certificate number or certifying body (source).
  • The site gives no headcount and cites 220+ delivered projects and 100+ healthcare applications (source).
  • The HQ address, Gen. Sikorskiego 26 in Wrocław, is the same building Droids On Roids lists (source: https://www.themomentum.ai/lets-talk and https://www.thedroidsonroids.com/).
  • Clutch reports 70 percent of clients in the medical industry, a $50,000 minimum project and $50 to $99 per hour (source).
  • The site promises a reply within 24 hours (source).

Clients they name: LabPlus, Bennabis Health, Egis, Steppie, Villa Medica, Caily

Verdict. Pick Momentum for a healthcare product in Wrocław, where its compliance work counts. Outside healthcare look elsewhere, and ask about the layoff mentions on the first call.

Innowise

Very large outsourcing and staff augmentation company with a Warsaw headquarters claim and a catalog covering almost every technology.

Clutch: 4.9 (73 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 10,000 USD

Best for: Teams that must add several developers quickly and can manage an outsourced team under their own tech lead.

Pros

  • The Polish company reported 251.2M PLN of revenue and a profit of 3.0M PLN in its 2025 filing.
  • Clutch shows 4.9 from 73 reviews.
  • GoWork employee reviews lean positive, with 65 positive and 10 negative.
  • The site lists ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 13485.

Cons

  • The margin is thin, with profit at about one percent of revenue.
  • The case studies page names no clients and warns that details may be generalized or modified. The portfolio cannot be checked.
  • The Polish company dates from 2021, while the site claims 2007. The footer gives a registered address in Boston, and the job boards showed no open roles at the last snapshot.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • The about page claims 3,500+ people, 1,600 projects and a founding year of 2007. The Polish company in KRS dates from 2021 (source).

Verdict. Use Innowise for staff augmentation under your own tech lead when you need CVs fast across many technologies. Skip it when you need a partner whose past work you can verify.

BlueSoft

Warsaw enterprise integrator owned by Orange Polska, focused on data, integration, cloud and AI for banks, telecom and retail.

Clutch: 4.8 (13 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 50,000 USD

Best for: Banks, telecoms and large retailers that need integration, data platforms or managed services from a vendor with a corporate owner.

Pros

  • BlueSoft reported 300.9M PLN of revenue and a profit of 43.8M PLN in 2025.
  • Orange Polska has owned BlueSoft since 2019, which helps with procurement and continuity.

  • The job boards showed 72 open roles at the last snapshot.

Cons

  • GoWork employee reviews are negative (13 positive, 39 negative), with 2 mentions of layoffs.
  • The minimum project is 50,000 USD and the processes are enterprise-grade, so an MVP is a poor fit.
  • Many case studies are for Orange companies, the owner, so outside references are fewer than they look.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • BlueSoft has belonged to the Orange Polska group since 2019, together with Craftware and Essembli (source).
  • Several case studies are for Orange companies, the owner, next to clients such as Canal+, Biedronka and GATX (source).
  • The site claims 1000+ experts and 200+ active clients and says it is hiring 118 people (source).
  • The site shows partner logos for AWS, Microsoft, Google, MuleSoft, Salesforce and Databricks (source).

Clients they name: Orange Polska, Canal+, Biedronka, GATX, Hellenic Cables, Raiffeisen Bank

Verdict. Pick BlueSoft for corporate integration, data and managed services backed by a telecom group. For a startup or a single small product, it is too heavy.

Spyrosoft BSG

Video and OTT streaming apps for broadcasters, sports leagues and telcos, part of the listed Spyrosoft Group.

Clutch: 4.9 (30 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 25,000 USD

Pros

  • Named case studies with large broadcasters such as ITV and CANAL+, which is rare for a Wrocław agency.

  • Part of Spyrosoft S.A., a listed Polish group, with offices in Bergen, Copenhagen and Gothenburg for Nordic clients.

Cons

  • Narrow focus: the whole offer is video and OTT. For a non-media product you are the wrong client.
  • Employee reviews are negative (2 positive, 5 negative) and no open roles on the boards at the last snapshot.
  • Headcount figures on the site contradict each other; the latest filing we have is for 2024, not 2025.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • Case studies name broadcasters such as Nordisk Film+, TV 2, ITV and CANAL+, which few Wrocław agencies can show (source).
  • The whole site is about OTT and video apps, so the firm suits media clients more than general software projects (source).

Cons

  • GoWork opinions are more negative than positive, with 18 positive, 22 negative and 11 mentions of layoffs.
  • The declared rate of 25 to 49 USD is the offshore band, low for a Poznań team.
  • Its 3 open JustJoin offers are talent pools rather than roles for live projects.

From their website and Clutch profile

All companies in the data set, with the same score. Companies without a confirmed office, sole traders, body-leasing firms and product companies are listed but not ranked.

Who is not in the top 10, and why

Paid placements and “serves the city” without an office

On the Clutch city list the first positions are bought with ads (links through ppc.clutch.co) or a “serves” entry. These companies have no office in the city according to KRS or their own site, so they are not ranked here.

  • Brights (paid) · Warsaw

  • Tallium (paid) · Rzeszów

Struck off the register or in liquidation

They still show up on other people’s “best of” lists. Here they appear only in the full table.

None in this city.

Body leasing, product companies and other services

Renting people into someone else’s team is a different service from delivering a project. A product company, a marketing agency or an SAP partner does not sell software projects either. They are in the full table with a label.

What they charge

On Clutch, the companies in this table most often declare 50 to 99 USD an hour. The rate is what the agency bills; the developer on your project is paid less than half of it.

For comparison, my own rate is 36 to 54 USD an hour (45 USD base, pricing). The cost estimator shows what a project like yours costs with and without coding agents.

Check any agency yourself in 10 minutes

  1. Kotlin covers two different jobs: Android apps and JVM back ends. Ask which one the team does, because the people rarely overlap.
  2. Find the legal entity in the National Court Register: the seat, the share capital and the shareholders. An office here with a seat in another city is a sales office, not a team.
  3. Read the last financial statement on rejestr.io: revenue, profit or loss, and whether it was filed on time.
  4. Check the VAT white list: active, and the name matches the contract.
  5. On the Clutch list hover over the company link; a link through ppc.clutch.co is an ad. Then read the reviews themselves.
  6. On GoWork read the employee reviews, not the stars, and look for layoffs and rotation.
  7. Ask who exactly will work on your project, and check those people on LinkedIn.

By clicking Send you agree that I store your request and reply by email; no newsletter. I reply within 24 hours on working days, personally. If I am late, the first hour of work is free.

How this works: I write back with my own offer and forward your brief to the agencies that fit, after you agree. As of October 28, 2026 no agency pays me for leads and this page has no affiliate links. If that changes, it will say so here.

Questions

What are the best Kotlin development companies in Poland in 2027?

By the score on this page: 1. Zaven (88), 2. Deviniti (87), 3. N7 Mobile (87), 4. Momentum (85), 5. Innowise (84). The score adds up transparency in the court register, client reviews on Clutch, profit and stability in the latest filing, specialization and current hiring. The full table shows every company checked.

How much do Kotlin agencies in Poland charge?

Most companies in this table declare 50 to 99 USD an hour on Clutch. My own rate as a senior engineer working with AI agents is 36 to 54 USD an hour.

How do you know a company does Kotlin?

From at least one of three sources: the service, industry and framework shares on the Clutch profile, the skills in open roles on JustJoin.it, or my own Wrocław catalog. Companies with two or three sources score higher on specialization. The software house finder shows the same tags for every company.

Did any company pay to be on this list?

No. There are no paid placements and no affiliate links. The only business interest is mine: I sell senior engineering as the alternative to an agency.

Can I get my company added or corrected?

Yes. Write to ciunkos@gmail.com with the KRS number and the correction.

How this ranking was made

  • 1,485companies in the data set
  • 709checked in the National Court Register
  • 454with a financial statement
  • 7,436Clutch listing positions read, paid ones marked
  • 451employee review profiles on GoWork
  • 2+months of data collection, since September 2026

The company list comes from a full read of the Clutch city listing (every page, with paid positions marked by their ppc.clutch.co links), the ITCORNER cluster, Google results and job ads. Every company was checked in the National Court Register (KRS) for its seat, legal form, capital and shareholders, in rejestr.io for revenue and profit from the latest filing, on GoWork for employee sentiment, layoff mentions and review clusters, and on the JustJoin.it and No Fluff Jobs boards for open roles and the stack they actually pay for. The 0 to 100 score is five axes with published weights: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization, activity. A paid Clutch placement does not raise the score.

Disclosures

  • I worked at Sanddev (Wrocław) as the founding engineer of its Sandtime product until November 2026. Sanddev appears in the full table with the same score as everyone else and no editorial favor.
  • As a contractor I have talked with, or applied to, some of the agencies on these lists. None of them knew about this ranking and none of it changed a score.
  • No agency pays for a position, there are no affiliate links, and no company has seen its entry before publication. If any of that changes, the disclosure changes first.
  • My business interest is on every page: I sell senior engineering with AI agents as the alternative to hiring an agency.
  • Written with AI (Claude) from the data set. Every number in the editorial text is checked automatically against the company record or the research notes, and every top entry was read against the company’s own website. Sources and check dates are under each entry.
