Manufacturing in Wrocław, ranked for 2027

Best manufacturing software houses in Wrocław

Factory software meets machines, PLCs and MES systems. Ask whether the team has worked on site and how they test without stopping a production line. I found 20 companies with an office in Wrocław that show manufacturing work in at least one source (19 by their Clutch profile, 1 by their open roles on JustJoin.it), and checked each in the court register, its latest filing and its employee reviews. 15 meet the ranking criteria and the 10 highest scores are below. I sell the alternative: one senior engineer working with AI agents.

In short: The highest-scoring manufacturing software houses in Wrocław for 2027 are CSHARK (score 89), Zaven (score 88) and xBerry (score 86). The 0 to 100 score combines court register data, the latest financial statement, Clutch client reviews, GoWork employee reviews and open roles on the job boards. Paid Clutch positions do not count.

Which company fits your project

  • CSHARKManufacturing is 25% of client industries on its Clutch profile. Score 89, 4.9 on Clutch from 19 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • ZavenManufacturing is 20% of client industries on its Clutch profile. Score 88, 5.0 on Clutch from 15 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • xBerryManufacturing is 30% of client industries on its Clutch profile. Score 86, 5.0 on Clutch from 11 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • LeverXManufacturing is 30% of client industries on its Clutch profile. Score 82, 4.8 on Clutch from 4 reviews, profit in 2025.
  • One senior instead of a teamIf the project fits one person with coding agents, compare the cost before you pay an agency margin.

The picks come from the data in the full table, not from who paid. A company enters this list when at least one source shows manufacturing work; the share on Clutch is what the company declares.

The ranking

The order below is the score from five axes: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization and activity. Here specialization measures how strong the manufacturing evidence is. Weights and the full method are on the guide page.

Financial figures come from the latest filing of the Polish company. For subsidiaries of foreign groups they can be far from the size of the real business. Open the sources under each entry before you shortlist.

CSHARK

Software and digital transformation partner for fintech, regtech and industrial clients, with a Singapore office for Asian banks.

Clutch: 4.9 (19 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 50,000 USD

Best for: Fintech, regtech and industrial clients with a budget above 50,000 USD who want a mid-size Polish company with ISO 27001 and cloud partnerships.

Pros

  • Revenue of 80.9M PLN with a profit of 5.2M PLN in 2025, and four private individuals as owners (KRS).
  • ISO 27001, AWS and Microsoft partnerships, and a clear focus on two sectors instead of “everything for everyone”.
  • 4.9 on Clutch from 19 reviews; the Fenergo work appears in two separate case studies.
  • Hiring on the boards (3 open roles) and a Singapore office for Asian banking clients.

Cons

  • Logos of global banks on the homepage without case studies: treat them as unverified.
  • Minimum project of 50,000 USD, among the highest in the city; not for an MVP.
  • Headcount is not stated on the site; Clutch says 250 to 999, employee reviews are few and mixed (7 positive, 6 negative).

From their website and Clutch profile

  • CSHARK focuses on two sectors, fintech/regtech and industrial, and Fenergo appears in two separate case studies (source).
  • CSHARK is the only firm in the set with an Asian office, CSHARK Singapore Pte. Ltd on Robinson Road (source).
  • The homepage shows logos of Citibank, Allianz, BNP Paribas and Vodafone, but none of them has a case study, so treat them as unverified (source).
  • The site states no headcount, while Clutch lists 250 to 999 employees and a USD 50k minimum project (source).

Clients they name: Fenergo, ASA International, Telenor, RegenHU, Nudge, Pastdue Credit Solutions

Verdict. A mid-size house for regulated industries, with ISO 27001 to show for it. Come with a budget above 50,000 USD and a compliance checklist, not a two-month MVP.

Zaven

Process-driven software house building web and mobile apps for construction, real estate and utilities companies, mainly Nordic.

Clutch: 5.0 (15 reviews)Rate: 25–49 USD/hMin. project: 10,000 USD

Best for: A web or mobile product for a construction, real-estate or utilities company that wants a small, steady team in Wrocław and does not need a brand name.

Pros

  • Profitable every year in the filings we checked, with the latest statement showing a profit of 1.1M PLN on 12.7M PLN of revenue.
  • Employee reviews on GoWork are positive (6 positive, 1 negative), the rarest thing on this list.
  • Twenty named case studies, most of them Norwegian construction and marine clients, so you can check the work.
  • Publishes its own scale on the about page: roughly ten projects a year. Few agencies admit how small they are.
  • Still hiring on the job boards (2 open roles on October 27, 2026).

Cons

  • Since September 2026 fully owned by Multishoring Holdings, a Warsaw data and integration consultancy, so strategy is decided outside Wrocław.
  • Fifteen Clutch reviews only, and the declared rate band of 25 to 49 USD is the offshore band, which raises the question of who writes the code.
  • A team of 10 to 49 cannot staff several roles at once; expect a queue for bigger projects.
  • Founding year differs between the site, Clutch and the court register.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • The site publishes its scale, with roughly 10 projects per year and about EUR 3M turnover in 2025 (source).
  • The site lists twenty named case studies, most of them Norwegian construction and marine clients such as Fonn, Grasp and Safran (source).
  • Age claims do not line up. The site says 15 years in business, Clutch says founded 2011, and the KRS entry in our file dates from 2014 (source).
  • The site shows no certifications, awards or partner badges (source).

Verdict. The most transparent small software house in Wrocław. It is profitable, its own people rate it well, and it publishes its size. Hire it for one well-defined product, not for a platform that needs five roles.

xBerry

Remote R&D team building physical AI, including computer vision, embedded systems and robotics software, for manufacturers and logistics.

Clutch: 5.0 (11 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 5,000 USD

Best for: Manufacturers and logistics companies that need computer vision, embedded AI or robotics software, from an MVP to a production system.

Pros

  • The only hardware-adjacent house in the top 10: vision inspection, robotics, edge AI, backed by an EU regional development grant.
  • Profit of 3.5M PLN on 13.3M PLN of revenue in 2025, two private individuals as owners, 3 open roles on the boards.
  • A 5.0 rating on Clutch from 11 reviews and a rare price signal on the site: a simple MVP starts from tens of thousands of euros.
  • Employee reviews are positive (6 positive, 3 negative).

Cons

  • Five GoWork reviews mention layoffs or cuts despite the positive overall tone.
  • Most case studies hide the client; only a few are named.
  • Founding year differs between the site, Clutch and the court register (2019 in KRS).

From their website and Clutch profile

  • xBerry is the only hardware-adjacent firm in the set, working on robotics, embedded AI and vision inspection. The site shows an EU regional development grant badge (source).
  • The FAQ gives a price signal, saying a simple MVP starts from tens of thousands of euros (source).
  • The founding year conflicts, with 2016 on the site, 2015 on Clutch and 2019 in the KRS entry in our file (source).
  • Most case studies hide the client (our Swedish partner, a leading vaccine manufacturer). Only Coco and Szajna are named, and CSHARK appears as a testimonial giver (source).

LeverX

Global SAP consultancy and system integrator, with a large Polish company based in Wrocław.

Clutch: 4.8 (4 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 100,000 USD

Best for: Enterprises on SAP that plan an S/4HANA migration or a supply chain rollout in logistics or automotive.

  • The Polish company booked 351.5M PLN of revenue and 3.9M PLN of profit in 2025.
  • SAP Gold Partner, with ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 listed on the site.
  • Case studies name Girteka, Makro and JBS, with logistics and retail results.
  • The site claims over 500 SAP-certified experts across the group.

Cons

  • Clutch shows only 4 reviews for a group of this size.
  • A 100,000 USD minimum project on Clutch rules out small budgets.
  • Several home page testimonials name Emerline, so check which entity delivered the work.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • The home page claims 2,200+ employees, 900+ clients and 500+ SAP-certified experts. (source)
  • The home page lists only US offices, and Wrocław shows up in property news as a 3,200 m² lease at Piłsudskiego 69. (source)
  • Several testimonials on the home page name Emerline instead of LeverX. (source)
  • Case studies cite a 20% rise in warehouse turnover at Makro and processing cut from 2 days to 30 minutes at JBS. (source)

DO OK

NewConnect-listed, four-times ISO certified software and IoT studio serving insurance, proptech, health and edtech clients in Northern Europe.

Clutch: 4.8 (42 reviews)Rate: 50–99 USD/hMin. project: 5,000 USD

Best for: Nordic and Benelux clients who need ISO-certified processes (including 27018 for personal data in the cloud) and a team split between Wrocław and Tallinn.

Pros

  • Four ISO certificates (9001, 27001, 14001, 27018), the most of any company in the ranking, and a NewConnect listing since 2017.
  • 4.8 on Clutch from 42 reviews, offices in Tallinn and Aarhus, 3 open roles on the boards.
  • Profitable in 2025 (905K PLN on 13.5M PLN of revenue).

Cons

  • Employee reviews are negative (3 positive, 12 negative); read them before you sign.
  • A listed company (S.A.), so the shareholders are not in the court register.
  • The projects page renders empty without JavaScript, so case studies are hard to find.

From their website and Clutch profile

  • DO OK is the only firm in the set with four ISO certificates, including 27018 for personal data in the cloud. It debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (NewConnect) in 2017 (source).
  • DO OK has offices in Tallinn and Aarhus, a Dutch branch since 2018 and a Danish one since 2019 (source).
  • The founding year conflicts, with 2010 on the site and 2016 in the KRS entry in our file, likely the S.A. conversion (source).
  • The projects listing renders empty without JavaScript, so case studies are reachable only via the industries page and direct links (source).

All companies in the data set, with the same score. Companies without a confirmed office, sole traders, body-leasing firms and product companies are listed but not ranked.

Who is not in the top 10, and why

Paid placements and “serves the city” without an office

On the Clutch city list the first positions are bought with ads (links through ppc.clutch.co) or a “serves” entry. These companies have no office in the city according to KRS or their own site, so they are not ranked here.

None in this city.

Struck off the register or in liquidation

They still show up on other people’s “best of” lists. Here they appear only in the full table.

None in this city.

Body leasing, product companies and other services

Renting people into someone else’s team is a different service from delivering a project. A product company, a marketing agency or an SAP partner does not sell software projects either. They are in the full table with a label.

  • N-iX · Kraków
  • Sii Poland · Warsaw
  • Techstack company
  • Siili Solutions
  • Emerline · Warsaw

On the city’s Clutch list, but based elsewhere

Clutch shows them on this city’s page, but KRS and our data do not confirm an office here. They are ranked in their own city.

None in this city.

Ranked 11th and below

They qualify but score lower. Their full rows are in the table below; the gap between 10th and 15th is often a few points.

  • A4BEE
  • Angry Nerds
  • JetSoftPro
  • Cody Solutions
  • Cognize

Too little client evidence, under 10 people, sole traders

Without 5 Clutch reviews or 2M PLN of revenue in a filing there is no fair way to compare a company with the rest. That is a data gap, not a verdict.

None in this city.

What they charge

On Clutch, the companies in this table most often declare 50 to 99 USD an hour. The rate is what the agency bills; the developer on your project is paid less than half of it.

For comparison, my own rate is 36 to 54 USD an hour (45 USD base, pricing). The cost estimator shows what a project like yours costs with and without coding agents.

Check any agency yourself in 10 minutes

  1. Factory software meets machines, PLCs and MES systems. Ask whether the team has worked on site and how they test without stopping a production line.
  2. Find the legal entity in the National Court Register: the seat, the share capital and the shareholders. An office here with a seat in another city is a sales office, not a team.
  3. Read the last financial statement on rejestr.io: revenue, profit or loss, and whether it was filed on time.
  4. Check the VAT white list: active, and the name matches the contract.
  5. On the Clutch list hover over the company link; a link through ppc.clutch.co is an ad. Then read the reviews themselves.
  6. On GoWork read the employee reviews, not the stars, and look for layoffs and rotation.
  7. Ask who exactly will work on your project, and check those people on LinkedIn.

How this works: I write back with my own offer and forward your brief to the agencies that fit, after you agree. As of October 28, 2026 no agency pays me for leads and this page has no affiliate links. If that changes, it will say so here.

Questions

What are the best manufacturing software houses in Wrocław in 2027?

By the score on this page: 1. CSHARK (89), 2. Zaven (88), 3. xBerry (86), 4. LeverX (82), 5. DO OK (77). The score adds up transparency in the court register, client reviews on Clutch, profit and stability in the latest filing, specialization and current hiring. The full table shows every company checked.

How much do manufacturing agencies in Wrocław charge?

Most companies in this table declare 50 to 99 USD an hour on Clutch. My own rate as a senior engineer working with AI agents is 36 to 54 USD an hour.

How do you know a company does manufacturing?

From at least one of three sources: the service, industry and framework shares on the Clutch profile, the skills in open roles on JustJoin.it, or my own Wrocław catalog. Companies with two or three sources score higher on specialization. The software house finder shows the same tags for every company.

Did any company pay to be on this list?

No. There are no paid placements and no affiliate links. The only business interest is mine: I sell senior engineering as the alternative to an agency.

Can I get my company added or corrected?

Yes. Write to ciunkos@gmail.com with the KRS number and the correction.

How this ranking was made

  • 1,485companies in the data set
  • 708checked in the National Court Register
  • 453with a financial statement
  • 7,436Clutch listing positions read, paid ones marked
  • 451employee review profiles on GoWork
  • 2+months of data collection, since September 2026

The company list comes from a full read of the Clutch city listing (every page, with paid positions marked by their ppc.clutch.co links), the ITCORNER cluster, Google results and job ads. Every company was checked in the National Court Register (KRS) for its seat, legal form, capital and shareholders, in rejestr.io for revenue and profit from the latest filing, on GoWork for employee sentiment, layoff mentions and review clusters, and on the JustJoin.it and No Fluff Jobs boards for open roles and the stack they actually pay for. The 0 to 100 score is five axes with published weights: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization, activity. A paid Clutch placement does not raise the score.

Disclosures

  • I worked at Sanddev (Wrocław) as the founding engineer of its Sandtime product until November 2026. Sanddev appears in the full table with the same score as everyone else and no editorial favor.
  • As a contractor I have talked with, or applied to, some of the agencies on these lists. None of them knew about this ranking and none of it changed a score.
  • No agency pays for a position, there are no affiliate links, and no company has seen its entry before publication. If any of that changes, the disclosure changes first.
  • My business interest is on every page: I sell senior engineering with AI agents as the alternative to hiring an agency.
  • Written with AI (Claude) from the data set. Every number in the editorial text is checked automatically against the company record or the research notes, and every top entry was read against the company’s own website. Sources and check dates are under each entry.
