1,820 open roles at 159 software companies in Poland, each with the salary range from the ad, the contract type and the facts about the employer: the last profit or loss in the court filings, employee reviews on GoWork and how many of them mention layoffs. Filter by stack, city, level, remote work and salary.

In short: The radar lists 1,820 roles at companies in the software house data set from three kinds of sources: the company’s own careers page or applicant tracking system, No Fluff Jobs and JustJoin.it, checked on October 28, 2026. A role posted in several places shows up once, linked to the company’s own page first. 891 of them name a salary range. Each role shows an icon for every place it is posted; the employer facts link to the court register, the filing and the reviews.

What is not here

  • No scores of how well you fit a role and no advice to apply or not.
  • No data about employees: no team tenure and no staff lists. The Wrocław map names only the CEO or CTO, linked to their public LinkedIn profile.
  • No salary expectations of any person. Every range comes from the ad and is public.
  • No roles from companies outside the data set. For the full market, use the job boards directly.

Where do the roles come from?

From the careers pages of the companies (public boards on Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Recruitee, Teamtailor, Personio, Traffit and others, plus job postings marked up on their own sites), from No Fluff Jobs and from JustJoin.it, read on October 28, 2026. The same role from several sources is merged and links to the company page first. Roles from companies outside the data set are not shown.

What does “no layoff signals” mean?

The filter hides roles at companies where at least 5 GoWork reviews since January 2025 mention layoffs or cuts, or where negative employee reviews outnumber positive ones with at least 5 negatives. It is a signal from reviews, not a verdict.

How fresh is it?

Roles close within days. Every role shows the date it was posted; the list is refreshed together with the rankings.

Hiring a senior yourself?

If you need one senior engineer with AI agents on a contract, that is what I do. If you need a team, the software house finder filters agencies by stack, city and financials.

How this ranking was made

The company list comes from a full read of the Clutch city listing (every page, with paid positions marked by their ppc.clutch.co links), the ITCORNER cluster, Google results and job ads. Every company was checked in the National Court Register (KRS) for its seat, legal form, capital and shareholders, in rejestr.io for revenue and profit from the latest filing, on GoWork for employee sentiment, layoff mentions and review clusters, and on the JustJoin.it and No Fluff Jobs boards for open roles and the stack they actually pay for. The 0 to 100 score is five axes with published weights: transparency, client reputation, stability, specialization, activity. A paid Clutch placement does not raise the score.

Disclosures

  • I worked at Sanddev (Wrocław) as the founding engineer of its Sandtime product until November 2026. Sanddev appears in the full table with the same score as everyone else and no editorial favor.
  • As a contractor I have talked with, or applied to, some of the agencies on these lists. None of them knew about this ranking and none of it changed a score.
  • No agency pays for a position, there are no affiliate links, and no company has seen its entry before publication. If any of that changes, the disclosure changes first.
  • My business interest is on every page: I sell senior engineering with AI agents as the alternative to hiring an agency.
  • Written with AI (Claude) from the data set. Every number in the editorial text is checked automatically against the company record or the research notes, and every top entry was read against the company’s own website. Sources and check dates are under each entry.
